Available Resources and Facilities

We have seven fully equipped factory units with cutting benches, drilling, polishing and bevelling machines. We also have a specialised shaped beveling machine and a jib crane to handle the largest shop fronts.

We have a modern fleet of 16 vehicles all equipped with 2 way radios, custom built cutting benches which allow the glaziers to carry a large quantity of stock enabling most glass repairs to be carried out and completed in one trip.

All our glaziers carry mobile phones.

Service Enhancement and Continuous Improvement

Along with the stock carried by our vehicles we maintain a number of glass distribution points throughout the metropolitan area. Company policy is to achieve 100% job completion the first time for repair work.

A major aim is to complete the job on the day it is scheduled allowing faster flow through of planned repair work, with the understanding that emergency calls are always unscheduled and therefore require efficient job prioritisation to successfully be completed.
